Display of Provisional Answer Keys and Recorded Response Sheet for Answer Key Challenge for Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 (January 2024) - Reg.
The National Testing Agency conducted the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) – 2024 Session 1 at 544 unique Centres located in 291 cities throughout the country including 21 cities outside India on 24 January for B.Arch. & B.Planning (Paper 2A & Paper 2B) and 27, 29, 30, 31 January and 01 February 2024 for B.E./B.Tech. (Paper 1).
The National Testing Agency has uploaded the Provisional Answer Keys for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Paper 2A (B.Arch.), and Paper 2B (B. Planning) along with the question papers with recorded responses on the website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/ for candidates to challenge. The procedure for the challenge of the Answer Key is enclosed at Annexure 1. Candidates, who are not satisfied with the Answer Key, may challenge the same by paying a fee of ₹ 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per question challenged as on non-refundable processing fee. The details for Answer Key Challenge are given below:
JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1: 06 February to 08 February 2024 (up to 11:00 PM)
Papers: Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) , Paper 2A (B.Arch.) Paper 2B (B. Planning)
The payment for the processing fee may be made through, Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking till 08 February 2024 (up to 11:50 PM). No challenge will entertained without receipt of the processing fee. The fee towards the challenge will not be accepted through any other mode.
If challenges made by the candidate are found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/nonacceptance of his/her challenge. The Key finalized by the Experts after the challenge will be final.

Procedure for Challenge of Answer Key
1. Please go to the website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/
2. Click ‘Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key’
3. Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth enter the Security PIN as
displayed and Submit.
4. Click ‘Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key’
5. You will see the Question IDs in the below sequential order for JEE (Main) – 2024
