1. Application procedure:- 1.1- Application will be accepted through "Online" mode only.
1.2. Only one registration form per candidate. Candidate is allowed even if he/she is applying for more than one profile. The application will be accepted online (only) on the Bhartiya Aviation Services official website www.bhartiyaaviation.in.
1.3. No application shall be entertained by hand or by post at the registered address of the Bhartiya Aviation Services. 1.4- Before filling the online application form, first of all, the candidate must study the detailed notification and related service rules regarding the instructions for filling the application form available on the official website www.bhartiyaaviation in. Candidates are advised to apply after going through the notification properly.
1.5. The candidate is directed to apply through their valid personal email ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/her new email ID before applying online. Candidate should keep checking the inbox or even the spam folder of this email id regularly throught the process as the intimation regarding written test, etc. will be sent through E-mail only.
1.6-Candidates are advised to fill their correct and active e-mail id and mobile number in the
online application and it will not be changed. Important information will be sent on registered e- mail address, mobile number only. 1.7 - Please keep the following details ready with you before clicking on the "Online Application
Form" button to start your online application. Personal demographic details including date of birth and nationality. Mobile number, Personal email Id, Category details (if any)
SERVICES
1.8- Click on the "Online Form" button and fill all the registration details one by one with proper name of the candidate or his/her father, Mother, husband (if applicable) etc. The application form should contain the correct spelling as it appears in the certificate/mark sheet. Any alteration or correction found may lead to disqualification of candidature of the candidate. 1.9-If the applicant gives wronginformation/ suppresses any facts while applying online, the application of the candidate will be cancelled immediately. 1.10 If the applicant faces any problem while applying online, they are advised to immediately contact us through the helpline number or email mentioned on the official website www.bhartiyaaviation.in. 1.11-Bhartiya Aviation Services will not accept any offline or hand-filled application form under any circumstances other than filling the candidate's online application form.
1.12 - Candidates should clearly and necessarily mention the details of all the educational qualification experience acquired till the last date of application. Such qualification experience will not be considered after the last date of application, if there is no marking in the application.
1.13-Application forms will be available on Bhartiya Aviation Services' official website www.bhartiyaaviation.in till 31 July, 2023 midnight. No application will be accepted after the said period. 1.14 - Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit the online application much before the last date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection, inability or failure to log in due to heavy load on the website during closing days.
1.15-The application submitted by the candidate cannot be amended. Therefore, in case the candidate has filled more than one application for the same profile, only the last submitted application will be accepted. All remaining applications will be treated as cancelled.
2. Examination fee:-
payment link to pay the fee in the mode most suitable to you. 2.2 - Candidates should not use any other portal or facility for depositing the examination fee other than the payment link given on the official website www.bhartiyaaviation.in.

Eligibility As Per Academic Qualification:-
4.1-Airport Ground Staff/CSA-
Candidate must have an Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2)or equivalent from the recognized Board or University on or before the last date of receipt of online application forms.
Loader/Housekeeping-
Candidate must have High School or Secondary School Certificate (10th) or equivalent from recognized Board or University and must be on or before the last date of receipt of online application form. IYA SE Service AN
5.1- Applicants of Airport Ground Staff/Customer Service Association must have attained the age of 18 years as on 1st July 2023 and the maximum age should be 30 years.
5.2- The applicant for loader/ housekeeping must have attained the age of 18 years as on 1st July, 2023 and the maximum age should be 35 years.
Age Limit:-
5.3 - Age relaxation of 3 years will be given for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Examination centre:-
6.1- The exam will be conducted OMR based/ CBT at multiple locations in India. A tentative list of OMR-based/ CBT exam centres is attached as annexure.
6.2-Any request for change in exam centre/date/ session shall not be entertained.
6.3 - Bhartiya Aviation Services reserves the right to cancel any of the examination centre or add some other centre depending upon the availability of resource, administrative feasibility etc.
6.4-Bhartiya Aviation Services also reserves the right to allot the centre to candidates other than those opted by them.
6.5-Candidates will appear for the examination at the examination centre at their own risk and expense. Bhartiya Aviation Services will not be responsible for any injury or loss etc. of any kind.
6.6 - Any unruly behaviour/misbehaviour in the examination hall will result in disqualification of the candidates from future examinations conducted by the Bhartiya Aviation Services.
