ANDHRA PRADESH MAHESH CO-OPERATIVE URBAN BANK LTD State Scheduled Co-operative Urban spread across 4 states (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra & Rajasthan) applications for the following positions, from the criteria.

Candidates applying for the positions as per our Advertisement have to fulfill the  following Eligibility Criteria:

MANAGING DIRECTOR & CEO: (No.of Positions – 01) 
Educational Qualifications:

The person shall be a Graduate preferably, with ‘Qualification in banking/co-operative 
banking such as CAIIB/Diploma in banking and Finance/Diploma in Co-operative 
Business Management or equivalent qualification; or Chartered/Cost Accountant/MBA (Finance); or Post Graduation in any Discipline. 

Age: Below 65 years
Experience:

The Person should have worked as General Manager for at least 2 years in Banking 
Sector (including the experience gained in the concerned UCB) or Non-Banking Finance 
Companies engaged in lending (loan companies) and Asset Financing. Knowledge of regional language shall have an advantage. 

The term of Office of Managing Director shall be for a period of three years with RBI’s 
approval, including probation period of one year at the time of initial appointment. 

The person shall meet Propriety Criteria and is required to execute Deed of Covenants as 
prescribed in the RBI Circular No.DOR.GOV.REC.25/12.10.000/2021-22 dated June 25, 2021. 

Persons strictly meeting the “fit & proper” criteria only need to apply. 
Appointment of Managing Director is subject to prior approval of Reserve Bank of India.
GENERAL MANAGER: (NO.OF POSITIONS-01) 
Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with 
MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB will be given preference. 

Age: Below 65 years. 

Experience: Candidates presently working/retired in a Bank in Scale VI and above or equivalent grade, with proven track record, excellent Managerial/Administrative/Professional Skills, with minimum 2 years experience in the 

Grade. Knowledge of regional language shall have an advantage.

DY.GENERAL MANAGER: (NO. OF POSITIONS – 03) 

(i) Finance & Accounts – 01
(ii) HRD, Admn. & Operations – 01
(iii) Credit - 01

Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with  MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA/CS/CAIIB, will be given preference. 

Age: Below 65 years

Experience: Candidates presently working/retired in a Bank in Scale V and above or equivalent grade, with proven track record, excellent Managerial / Administrative / Professional Skills, with minimum 3 years experience in the Grade. The candidate shall 
have good knowledge of banking operations with specific reference to Finance & 
Accounts /HRD, Admn.&Operations / Credit and should be acquainted with latest trends 
in Banking/Financial Sector and should be aware of complying with the statutory and 
other regulatory requirements relevant to banking. Knowledge of regional language shall  have an advantage. 

ASST.GENERAL MANAGER: (NO. OF POSITIONS – 02) 

(i) Business Development – 01 

(ii) Information Technology - 01 

Educational Qualifidcations: Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject. Candidates with 
MBA/CFA/ICWA/CA / CS/CAIIB, will be given preference. 

Age: Below 65 years 

Experience: Candidates presently working/Retired in a Bank in Scale IV/V or equivalent  grade in a Bank. They should have proven track record, with excellent Professional Skills in Business Development and IT, with minimum 3 years experience in the Grade, should be able to reach targets/deadlines/goals set by the Management. The candidate shall have 
good knowledge of banking operations with specific reference to Business Development 
and Information & Technology and should be acquainted with latest trends in 
Banking/Financial Sector and should be aware of complying with the statutory and other regulatory requirements relevance to banking. Knowledge of regional language shall have an advantage.

Network Administrator: (No.of positions – 01):

Graduate preferably in Engineering/Technology/Science, with necessary technical  qualifications. 

Age: Preferably below 35 years 
Experience:

The candidate should have CCNA/CCNP Certification with an experience of 2 to 5 years  networking in a senior role preferably in Bank/Financial organization and experience in CISCO Routers, PALOALTO & Fortigate Firewalls, IPS, IDS and Switches. 
 
IT Officer (Programmer): (No.of positions – 01):

Graduate preferably in Engineering/Technology/Science, with necessary technical qualifications. 

Age: Preferably below 35 years  Experience:

The candidate should have exposure to Sql.Queries, Programming skills using any tool and language, knowledge of ASP.NET is required. Should possess capabilities for 
managing various activities relating to CBS application. Minimum of 2 years experience 
in a similar is preferred. 

Branch Managers: (No.of positions – 05):

Graduate/Postgraduate in any subject. Candidates with, Post Graduation/ CA/ MBA/ 
CAIIB will be preferred. 

Age: Below 62 years 

Experience:

The Candidate should have worked as Branch Manager (Scale II) for at least 3 years in 
Public Sector Banks or in corresponding grades in other Banks. The candidate should be a team leader and capable to run the entire operations of the branch. He should be well 
versed with the latest trends/technology in banking, qualities of business development 
rendering excellent customer service and should have worked as Branch Manager. 
Knowledge of regional language shall have an advantage.


Other information:

i) For positions other than MD & CEO, the selected candidate/s will be offered 
appointment for a period of 5 years, of which 1st year will be on probation and on 
successful completion of probation the employment will be continued for two more years,thereafter the performance of the candidate will be evaluated and accordingly the employment/contract period will be continued/extended for a further period of two more 
years. 
 
ii) Compensation for the above positions will be commensurate with Age, Qualification, 
Experience and Proficiency in the job assigned, and attractive CTC. Age relaxation in deserving cases. 

iii) Candidates will be selected either as regular employee or contract employee 
depending upon the age and other criteria.
