Indian Coast Guard has released a notification for the recruitment of candidates to the post of Navik (General Duty) Navik (Domestic Branch) and Yantrik. Interested candidates can check the eligibility criteria for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2023 here.
As per the recruitment schedule, the online application process for Indian Coast Guard Navik & Yantrik will be open from September 08 to 22. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 350 vacancies for the posts of Navik and Yantrik.
Age Limit
The applicants for Navik (DB), Navik (GD), and Yantrik must be between 18 to 22 years of age. However, age relaxation is applicable to candidates belonging to the reserved categories.
Educational Qualification
(a) Navik (Domestic Branch): Class 10th passed from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
(b) Navik (General Duty): 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
(c) Yantrik: Class 10th passed from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE) and Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical / Electronics/ Telecommunication (Radio/Power) ) Engineering of duration 03 or 04 years approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
Examination Fee
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 300. However, candidates belonging to the SC and ST categories are exempted from fee payment.
