ECIL, a Public Sector Enterprise under the Department of Atomic Energy is inviting
online applications for the engagement of ITI Trade apprentices at ECIL Hyderabad
under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 as per the following details:
AGE: Candidate should not be less than 18 Years of age as on 31.10.2023. The
upper age limit for General Candidates is 25 Years, for OBC 28 years and for SC/ST
is 30 years.
APPRENTICESHIP PERIOD:
The tenure of the Apprenticeship would be One year only which will commence from
November 2023.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
ITI Pass Certificate i.e. NCVT certificate in the respective Trade.
METHOD OF SELECTION:
a. Candidates will be selected based on the ITI marks merit.
b. 70% of Seats will be engaged with Government ITI students and 30% of seats
with Private ITI students.
c. Documents verification will be from 16.10.2023 to 21.10.2023 and the exact
date will be intimated by email to candidates in due course of time and candidates

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
a) Before applying, candidate should read the complete advertisement carefully
and ensure that he / she has fulfilled eligibility criteria of the post / Apprenticeship stated in the advertisement in all respects.
b) The Degree of Disability for PWD Candidates is 40% & above.
c) All qualifications should be from Indian Institutes recognized by Appropriate
Statutory Authority.
d) Only on-line registered application form will be accepted.
e) The application is liable for rejection at any stage of recruitment process in case
of suppression of facts/ furnishing of false information.
f) The candidate has to quote his/her system generated application number
allotted for all future correspondence.
g) All future correspondence would be through E-mail ID, furnished by the
applicant in the on-line application form.
h) ECIL reserves the right to cancel / restrict / enlarge/ modify the selection
process, if need arises, without assigning any reason.
i) ECIL reserves the right to increase or decrease the notified vacancies /seats
based on need.
j) Any Legal proceeding in respect of any matter/claim or dispute arising out of
this advertisement and/or any application in response thereto can be
instituted only in the jurisdiction limited to Courts at Medchal District, Telangana
State.
k) ECIL will not be responsible for Network / Internet-related difficulties/issues.
l) Canvassing in any form will result in immediate rejection of the application.
m)Candidates who have already undergone or who are currently undergoing
Apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 in any Government or PSU
or Private Organization are not eligible to apply.
n) Candidates selected for training will not be allowed to withdraw from training
except for reasons which are beyond their control. Before commencement of
the training, the candidates will have to execute a Contract of Apprenticeship.
Those who absent themselves are liable to refund the whole cost of their training
as well as the amount received as a stipend as determined by the Central
Apprenticeship Advisor.
o) Every apprentice who has completed the period of training will have to undergo
a practical test to determine his/her proficiency in the designated trade. Only
on passing the test, the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) would be
issued by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
p) The engagement and training are strictly in compliance with the provision of the
Apprenticeship Act 1961 and there is no obligation for employment of
Apprentices on completion of their training.
q) The Apprentice after completion of the training shall have no right to claim any
employment in ECIL.
r) ECIL being a highly protected establishment, Apprentices will be engaged only after submission of a Police verification certificate from SP office of their District
HQ. Selected candidates have to submit these certificates at the time of joining.
s) A physical fitness certificate from a Civil Assistant Surgeon should be produced
by the selected candidate at the time of joining.
t) Residents of all districts of TELANGANA state are eligible to apply.
HOW TO APPLY:
STEP:1 Interested candidates who possess the required educational
qualification MUST first register themselves on the website of the Ministry of Skill
Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) i.e www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
STEP:2 Subsequent to registration in the portal mentioned above, the
interested eligible candidates shall submit the online application through the ECIL
website: “www.ecil.co.in” ‘Careers’ ‘Current Job Openings’.
IMPORTANT: Candidates who have registered in the MSDE apprenticeship portal
are required to submit their online application through the ECIL website as
mentioned above. Applications submitted on the ECIL website shall only be
accepted and considered.
The online application process will be operational from 25.09.2023(1000 hrs.) to
10.10.2023(1600 hrs.)
After applying online, the candidate is required to take the printout of the registered
online application form with system system-generated application serial number.
Please note down your application serial number, for all future references. The
candidate can take a re-print of his/her registered online application form before the
last date for Online registration. There will be no separate communication to any
candidate on their non-selection at any stage.
The application is liable for rejection at any stage of the recruitment process in case it
is submitted with incorrect information. Further, if any other shortcoming is noticed
(either at the instance of a candidate or otherwise) even after Apprenticeship
commencement, his/her apprenticeship will be liable for termination forthwith. The
candidate has to quote his/her system-generated online application number
for all future correspondence.
Candidates should note that, if at any stage of the selection process, it is found that
the candidate has submitted any false / fabricated information/documents will entail
summarily rejection of his/ her candidature.
It may please be noted that No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Document
Verification.
The date, time, mode and venue of document verification will be hosted on our
website: www.ecil.co.in. The candidates called for document verification shall present
the following original documents mandatorily with a set of photocopies at the time of
certificate verification:
Online registered application form duly signed and with recent color passport
size photo affixed.
II) All original certificates in support of MSDE Registration, his / her date of
birth, identity (Govt. issued only like Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport
etc.), Qualification, Latest Caste & Disability (PWD) certificates (wherever
applicable) if any along with a set of photocopies.
III) Category Certificate in support of SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS, in
the prescribed Proforma as hosted on www.ecil.co.in portal.

B. Last date for online registration of
application by candidates 10.10.2023 (16.00 hrs.)
C. Documents Verification. 16.10.2023 to 21.10.2023

E. Apprenticeship Training will start from 01.11.2023
