Hindustan Aeronautics Limited a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, is a premier Aeronautical Industry of South East Asia, with 21 Production/Overhaul/Service Divisions and 11 co-located Research & Design (R&D) Centres and one Facility Management Division, spread across the Country. HAL Aircraft Division, Nashik is inviting applications for one year apprenticeship in the following Technical/Non-Technical Disciplines:-

A .Under National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS) : 1) Graduates, 2) Diplomas

B. Under National Apprentice Promotion Scheme (NAPS) : 1) ITI Completed




Engagement of Apprentices in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited

Eligibility:

A1 & A2 Graduate & Diploma candidates

1. Candidate should be an Indian Citizen & have successfully completed Graduation / Diploma from

a recognized university approved by AICTE/UGC in the above mentioned Disciplines/Fields.

2. Candidate should have completed Graduation/Diploma on or after 1st Sept 2020.

3. Candidates should NOT be undergoing/undergone apprenticeship in any other establishment

B) ITI Completed

1. Candidate should be an Indian citizen & have passed ITI in the respective trades recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

2. Candidates should NOT be undergoing/undergone apprenticeship training in any other establishment. Reservation:

The reservation for vacancies for engagement of apprentices will be as per the following: 

Category Reservation Quota

SC 10%

ST 9%

OBC 27%

PWD 4%

EWS 10%

Note:

1) PWD –Persons with Disability. The percentage of disability should not be less than 40%

2) EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Reservations:

The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed upon production of a valid ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ issued by a Competent Authority. The valid income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the following authorities in the prescribed format shall only be accepted as proof of candidate’s claim as belonging to EWS:

1. District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner / 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate / Sub Divisional Magistrate / Taluka Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / extra Assistant Commissioner

2. Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate

3. Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar and

4. Sub-Divisional Officer or the area where the candidate and / or his family normally resides.

Note: The appointment in EWS category is provisional and is subject to the income and asset certificate being verified through the proper channels and if the verification reveals that the claim to belong to EWS is fake / false the training will be terminated without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of fake / false certificate.

How to Apply:

Graduates in Arts, Commerce and Science: Follow STEP 2 to 3 ONLY REST FOLLOW STEP 1 to 3

STEP 1: Candidates should register on the apprenticeship portals for obtaining registration number.

A) Engineering Graduate/Diploma: www.mhrdnats.gov.in.

B) ITI Completed : www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in (Details in annexure 1)

STEP 2: Apply in the HAL Nasik application form (Google form)

1. Read the QR Code Provided or Click on the link given below to open the application form

2. Enter the correct and required information in the application form and submit it.

3. Step 2 will complete when response ‘Your response has been recorded successfully.’ is displayed on the screen.

STEP 3: Candidates will be notified for the Physical Document verification HAL, Nasik by email. After successful physical document verification the process of application will be complete. Tentative schedule of document verification will be 1st /2nd Week of Sep 2023.

Important Dates:

1. Application to Apprentice training begins: 2 nd Aug 2023

2. Last date for application: 23 rd Aug 2023

3. Tentative Schedule for Document verification: 4 th Sept to 16th Sept 2023

Important Instructions:

1. Before applying, the candidate should satisfy themselves regarding eligibility criteria. The candidate should also ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her in the application form are correct in all respect. Submission of incorrect/false information is liable for cancellation of candidature.

2. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and possessing Original/Provisional certificate are only eligible. Candidates who are undergoing course & awaiting for their final year result are not eligible

3. Candidates must indicate percentage of marks as per university norms in the application form. In case of CGPA score, converted percentage as per the university norms should be entered. Candidates need to produce the CGPA to percentage conversion formula during document verification.

4. Candidates have to enter their NAME as it appears in SSC Certificate in Portal & application form.

5. The apprenticeship portals www.mhrdnats.gov.in & www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in are operated by MHRD & DGT, Government of India respectively. For enquiries regarding the issues related with web portal, the candidates are requested to contact help line numbers mentioned in the portal. Correspondence with respect to functionality of portal will not be entertained by HAL-Nasik.

6. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.

7. Shortlisted candidates are to fulfill medical standards before they can begin the training. A medical fitness certificate from Civil Surgeon will be a pre-requisite to join as apprentice trainee.

8. Shortlisted candidates need to produce Police Verification Report from the residing District’s/Tehsil’s Superintendent/Commoner of Police at the time of Joining.

9. HAL-Nasik reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the short listing process/or the allocation quota there under. Decision of HAL Management regarding the engagement will be final.

10. After completion of the training, there will be no obligation on HAL-Nasik to offer any employment based on this apprenticeship training.

11. Candidates have to make their own arrangements for accommodation & travelling for the engagement process.

12. Candidates are advised to check their emails and visit HAL Website regularly for updates related to the process

Registration on apprenticeship portal www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in Go to www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and click on ‘Register’

A. Click on ‘Candidate registration ‘and enter all required details i.e. Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Gender, DOB, Mobile no., email-id etc. The website will ask for a profile password. Password is important for future transaction on the portal.

B. With the message ‘Registered successfully’, the registration is successful, but it needs to be activated. Please check your registered email for the activation link. Click on activation link. Activation link will expire after 07 days.

C. After successful activation of profile, login again with your username and profile password and complete your profile by filling all relevant data and scan and upload documents as required.

D. Qualification details

i. Academic Qualification ( select SSC (10th)only) Enter maximum marks & obtained marks in SSC certificate. Upload Scan copy of SSC board certificate in JPG/PDF/DOCX/DOC up to 200 KB with minimum size of 10KB & dimension that are at least 15 cm X 15 cm (566* 566 pixel)

Note: SSC board certificate must be properly scan & clearly visible.

ii. Technical Qualification (Select NCVT/SCVT only)

a) Name of ITI/ITC: Enter full name of ITI/ITC

b) Trade/Couse : Select the ITI trade

c) Trade start date & end date (dd/mm/yy)

d) Enter maximum & obtained marks in ITI all semester

Upload Scan copy of ITI all semester mark sheet ,(If ITI all semester mark sheet is not available ,scan each semester mark sheet) in JPG/PDF/DOCX/DOC up to 200 KB with minimum size of 10KB & dimension that are at least 15 cm X 15 cm (566* 566 pixel)

Note: ITI all semester mark sheet must be properly scan & clearly visible.

E. Trade Preference (at least one trade preference select based on respective trade)

F. Upload passport photo& Signature: Upload JPG/JPEG/GIF/PNG up to 200 KB with minimum size of 10 KB dimension that are at least 3.5 cm * 4.5 cm , 132 * 170 pixels

G. Date of Birth Document:

Upload Scan copy of SSC board certificate or School Leaving certificate (any one of this) in JPG/PDF/DOCX/DOC up to 200 KB with minimum size of 10KB & dimension that are at least 15 cm * 15 cm (566* 566 pixel )

Note: Copy of SSC board certificate, School Leaving certificate & MCVC all semester mark sheet must be properly scan & clearly visible.

H. Declaration

Click on Agree declaration & Submit, after successful Registration message will come. Then candidate will get registration number starting with “A” on candidate registered email ID. This ‘A’ series number is required for applying in Step 2 (i.e .In Google form). Important Points before Apply for Establishment i.e.Establishment Search

a) candidate’s profile should be 100% complete

b) Aadhar number must be successfully verified.

c) Bank details should be filled correctly – Savings Account should be in the name of applicant (Jandhanaccount,joint account etc.are not be acceptable)

d) SSC board certificate and MCVC all semester mark sheet(s) and other relevant documents should

be properly scan &clearly visible. Establishment Search Go to www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and Log in your profile &click on ‘Search for Establishment ’

a) Search for Establishment -> Establishment Search

b) Enter following details for Establishment Search

c) Establishment Name ->HAL, Nasik.

d) Region -> RDAT Mumbai

e) State -> Maharashtra

f) Dist. -> Nasik

g) Then click on button

h) Establishment name will be appear, Click on Establishment Name.

i) Establishment details come along with trade vacancy details, Click on ‘Apply’ against your trade

j) Click on button Message ‘applied successfully’ get displayed which completes the application.a
