KGBVS - Filling up of 1543 vacant Teaching posts in all KGBVs Continuation orders issued.

In continuation to this office proceedings reference 2d read above and all the District Educational Officers & Ex-officio P.C., SS and Additional Project Coordinators, SS in the State are informed that in the ref. 3rd cited, Government has accorded permission for filling up of another 197 vacant teaching posts in addition to the earlier permitted 1358 vacant teaching posts in all 352 KGBVS on contract basis for the academic year 2023-24 with view to provide quality education to girl students studying in the KGBVs to make them as 21st century global citizens.
In view of the above, it is decided to fill up of the vacant posts of 1358 + 197 through the notification no 01/2023, dt: 27-05-2023 as mentioned in the said notification, keeping view of the subject need in the respective KGBVS. Accordingly District Wise posts subject wise Roster wise prepared and uploaded in the online portal www.apcfss.kgbv.in for ready reference.
Therefore, the partial modification to the earlier time-line, it is requeted to take up the recruitment process as per the given timeline.
The District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators
are further informed that tentative merit list will be placed in the online portal of www.apcfss.kgbv.in for calling of grievances if any by the individual from 15-06-2023 to 16-06-2023 at district project offices of erstwhile districts during office hours and also requested to receive the grievances and furnish to this office by 17-06-2023 for generation of final merit list.
Therefore, Regional Joint Directors of School Education/ District Educational Officers &Ex-officio, Project Coordinator, SS and Additional Project Coordinators, SS in the State are requested to initiate further process of recruitment process as per the instructions issued vied this office proceedings ref. 2nd read above and as per the timelines without any deviation.
This should be treated as most urgent and important.
